This forms the basis for assembling international consortiums capable of developing, implementing or addressing governmental needs for such projects: technically, financially, commercially and operationally.

RV targets projects of strategic value to the governments it works with, and of equally lucrative value and content to the international consortium members. We cooperate with internationally credible and qualified companies to bring together a dynamic team capable of delivering the needed result in partnership with the related public entity.

RV foresees great potential in properly structured PPP models, especially those that utilize the BOT concept or its variations, for developing lucrative long-term public-private partnerships.
